are various payment modes to make payments?
You can
pay through online Credit Card payments (We accept Masters,
Visa, Diners, Amex cards), you may as well opt to make
payments through Paypal or any of the accepted payments modes
as stipulated by our billing department
What
payment schedules are acceptable at 1Uphost?
We
accept quarterly, six-monthly (special cases) and yearly
payments. The minimum payment term is quarterly. The client
may wish to choose longer-term contract. If such request is to
be made please contact billing@1uphost.com.
Our billing department would be glad to assist you through the

Do
you allow reseller hosting?
Yes
indeed we do, you can click on the reseller link at the top of
the page and find out details of the various options from
there itself. If you still have query or have some custom

and we would reply you with the complete solution for your

Do
you provide high-end solution?
Yes,
we do. Most of our clients are mission critical clients and
the need of robust solution for them is of prime importance,
we take due care to provide them comprehensive solutions; be

application hosting for high end hardware and technology

you accept payment in Indian Rupees?

you offer human support round the clock?
Yes,
we do. We do believe that technological advancements had made

How
long does it take to setup an account?
Once
your order is confirmed by billing the order is processed
within same day.
Can
I resell accounts instead of purchasing a reseller account?
Yes,
of course. In fact, we welcome if the reseller is willing to
sell our individual accounts. The reseller would get the
profits as mentioned in reseller
segment. All you need is to keep a track of your customer
and we bill you at reduced prices the moment you sell your
first resold account.
This
is another way of making money while keeping your costs and
responsibilities to minimum.
Do
you offer support documentation to refer to?
Yes,
we have maintained a comprehensive database and keep updating
it as and when required. You can refer to it and we are sure
more than 80% of your queries would be responded there. We
prefer if our customers visit this area for first hand
troubleshooting. Of course we are always there to back you up
with our support.
Do
you offer mail solutions as well?
Yes,
