File Permissions using FTP Client

into your account and go to the directory where the files
are located. Highlight the file that you want to change permission.
Locate the "file permission" or "chmod"
command on your FTP software (if you are using WS FTP, highlight
the file, right click and choose "chmod"). There
should be three groups. Each group should have either checkboxes
or a selection for the permission type.

Traceroute
(Tracert)
A
"trace route" (tracert) is a function which visually
traces the path from your machine to our server. Normally
traceroute displays the time and location of the route taken
to reach its destination computer. It allows us to determine
the source of many problems. To be effective, the trace route
MUST be run during a time when you are experiencing the problem,
from a computer that is experiencing the problem
How
to do Traceroute in Windows
In Windows, Go to "Start" > "Run".
Type "command" (or "cmd" in Windows 2000)
and press the "Enter" key. To run the tracert, you
should type "tracert yourdomain.name". Then send
us the complete results for analysis.
